• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement.

• How to Cancel: Please email us at auraelement.in@gmail.com with your Order ID to request a cancellation.

• Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or diverted.

• Refunds: For successful cancellations, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
