Returns & Exchange Policy Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, Aura Element does not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your bottle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong scent:
Email support@auraelement.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your Order Number and a photo/video of the damage.
We will ship a replacement at no extra cost once verified.
